Owning at the Cove at Trail's End Resort and Marina was never easier. We have a simple one page application just like buying a car. You supply a minimal amount of information and we can have an answer back within a day or two. The luxury houseboats are all created by Harbor Homes(tm), the exclusive manufacturer for the Cove at Trail's End Resort and Marina.
At Trail's End we have a variety of floorplans available all customizeable for the individual taste. From a dozen exterior colors, four cabinet species/styles, and four countertop colors, you can mix and match with the interior colors to create a houseboat that is truly your own. The COVE at Trail's End has over two dozen Harbor Homes houseboats in residence at this time with Phase 2 now selling quickly.
With only 90 slips right on Lake Seminole and the Chattachoochee River this may be your only chance to own desireable water front property. The entire riverway is overseen by the Army Corps of Engineers which strictly limits development. Trail's End Resort has the access to the river and has upgraded the entire grounds to make it look and feel like a very high priced resort property.
The new private pool and clubhouse are appointed in the finest manner you will find on Lake Seminole. The interior of the clubhouse features original artwork by name artists who reside along Lake Seminole and whose work is regularly shown in galleries and around the world. The clubhouse also has a business conference center for anyone needing to stay in touch with their office or conduct business while in the resort. All rooms feature video screens and a large variety of programming from our onsite satellite cable system provided by Hughes.
The main room has a TV viewing area with a large screen installation. The custom leather furniture is very comfortable and inviting. We have a professional card table and a full kitchen so you can arrange to hold parties in style. Off the main community room Trail's End Resort accommodates all guests who need a laundry facility with our state-of-the-art washers/dryers and cabinet storage. You can shower in the bathrooms and get ready for your day.
The pool has beautiful guest furniture and a wonderful view of the entire lake complex. Adjoining the pool are a family hot tub and enclosed children's playground. The kid's climbing area has a brand new swingset climber perfect for little guys and gals to enjoy. The surrounding paddock allows children to only reenter the pool area so mom or dad can keep an eye on them without worrying about them wandering off onto the grounds.
The nature trails lead away from the clubhouse towards other points inside the Trail's End Resort and Marina property. Accessible on foot or by golf cart, many owners at the Cove at Trail's End keep a golf cart onsite for their own and their guests' use.
